Hi
I would like to understand very well the functional limitations of SRM 7.0 one client setup in comparison to SRM 7.0 separate installation? Is ther any information on this ?
D.J.
Hi,
The Note 963000 - Usage and release of SRM as AddOn to ECC in ERP 6.0 can help you.
https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/963000
It says this.
The following scenarios are released with this installation variant of SAP SRM:
Service Procurement Classic.
Self-Service Procurement: Classic deployment.
Plan-Driven Procurement with Supplier Enablement: MM-SUS connection.
Strategic Sourcing with RFx
Strategic Sourcing with Live Auction
Catalog and Content Management
All scenarios run in the Classic Deployment
In other words, following scenarios are not supported in one client deployment on ERP.
- Multi backend ERP connection
- All scenarios in Extended Classic
- Service Procurement External Staffing
- Contract Management
Regards,
Masa
