Hello Folks,

I´ve created one message in transaction NOTIF_CREATE successfully, but when I search this message

in the transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR, I just can´t find it.

Anyone know what do I have to do find it?

Hi,

Please kindly ensure the variant in crm_dno_monitor is as per default, next also try to verify if the basis message for the ticket is existing you may want to verify this in transaction dnotifwl too; lastly ensure that the points in note is met

1. Make sure the posting date is within the date the message was created

2. Maintain your User ID on the Identification tab in BP (Employee role)
