Availability check without result in spite of confirmation to purchase orde

We face the problem that when we enter a confirmation to a purchase order the availability check in VA02 still does not suggest a date in the sales order (same article). The MD04 of the article seems to be correct (LA-AB).

We implemented a new plant.

In the old plant it works allright even with the same material.

Checking group for availability check: 02

Checking rule: A

The only difference between the two plants I see is that there is a new confirmation control key in MM.

It is MRP-relevant and GR-relevant.

Do you please have any ideas what could be the reason for the problem in availability check?

We would expect to get a new schedule line for the item with the date of delivery by the supplier (plus 2 days).

If there are facts that you need to know to answer the question please don't hesitate to tell me.

the MD04 is a purchase view-Pls try to use CO09 which gives you correct result(This is sales view)

CO09 also shows

order: 10-

ShipNt: 50+

but it sais in the header:

Receipts 0

Issues 10

Confirmed issues 0

In t.code OVZ9, for the availability check group and rule, check the box Include shipping notification and create a new sales order(or delete the line item and readd in the current sales order) and check.

We checked ovz9. The box is active.

And it is not a plant dependant customizing point.

In the main plant it works but in the new plant it does not.
