Product data could not be interpreted

Hi all,

We have implemented the BADI, bbp_catalog_transfer to map external product category to internal product category, we are using a ztable which contains product id mapped to external product category. But while creating a shopping cart we are getting the error "product data could not be interpreted".

Please note that we are not replicating product data from erp to srm. Please guide me on this issue.

Hi. Do you have the "error handling" tick turned on for the catalogue in the catalogue config? It may be called "use error log" or similar.

You can check in SLG1 if you do, there may be more error information.

Also, are you able to create a shopping cart on a product without using the catalogue?
