Blocked stock Batch determination in delivery document

hi friends,

I have issue relate to Blocked stock Batch determination.

For particular Batch 309,321 & 344 movements are done in sequesnce on 1 st of June & Batch transfered to Blocked stock.

Then on 3 rd of June,Blocked Stock Batch asigned in Delivery document through Batch determination.(Batch search stratergy).

As per standard, system should not allow to assign Blocked stock Batch to delivery document.

Please send your view on it.

Check the batch search strategy record in t.code VCH2/VCH3.

Probably it is set the even blocked stock/storage location can be selected for stock picking.

You may also need to check the change history in the batch master (t.code MSC2N/MSC3N). The user might have changed the batch status for a short period of time and then reassigned the blocked status.

Also check the settings in t.code OVZ9. For the availability check group and rule combinations, Include block stock field might have checked. If the process does not need, then you need to remvoe the check mark here.

I have checked VCH3 & OVZ9 as stated by you, but nothing has specified for Block stock consideration in delivery document.

*But Batch Status in MSC2N marked as Unresticated instead of Resticated.*no change log has found in changes of Batch.

Due to this Batch status,System allow to pick Block batch in delivery?

Now in order to reolve the issue below steps need to carry out

Btch status need to set to Resticated

Batch need to remove from delivery

delete the delivery & create new delivery with new Batch.

Please specify any missing steps.

Yes, if the batch is with un-restricted status, then the system will allow to pick it.

Yes, if the batch is NOT to be picked, then set to restricted status.
> Batch need to remove from delivery
 Yes remove the batch from line item.
> delete the delivery & create new delivery with new Batch.
You need not delete the delivery. Once the current batch is removed from the delivery line item, you can re-determine the batch using batch determination button at the bottom or you can manually enter the batch at the delivery line item.

 Check whether in the delivery any transfer is created and confirmed (for warehouse managed plant+storage location), before removing the current batch. If there is TO existing, then use t.code LT0G, to send the stock to the original storage location/bin, then cancel the TO. Then follow the procedure from the above steps.
