Installation Error

Hi

Iam trying to install BW7.3 version software which was provided by SAP for testing purpose,installation failed during IMPORT_ABAP phase which prompt a screen with below information,

MySAP.com has stopped working

Windows can check online for a solution to the problem

-->Check online for a solution and close the programe

-->close the programe

when I click on close window import abap gets cancelled ,not sure what exactly the problem is

what is the windows version and SP level...?

Issue resolved after removing uninstalling SAP/OS users and reinstalling it again

Go to the installation log directory generally c:\program files\sapinst ..., can you please get the latest log file contest and paste?

Windows 2008

We have installed BW7.3 earlier but din't faced any issues for some reasons we need to uninstall it and reinstall it again but this time we are facing this error.
