vailidation for BI Reports in Portal

Hi Friends

I am working on BEx Web Application IView in Portal. While creating the BEx Iview it is asking forBEx Web Application Query String. Here I am passing the BEx Web Application Query String= template_id=ZSECWAD

Now Iview is working fine. Now my Requirement is,In this BI Query input Selection Screen is having Company code as input filed.

For Example:

ABC user having Company code 1000

XYZ User having company code 2000

If ABC user login into the Portal heshould pass the company code as 1000 only then only . He should get the Output.if he passes the company code 2000 he should get error message

Can you tell me these ANS

1. Is it possible to validation in Portal side.? Depending upon user level.

2. Where can this functinality can be done weather in potal side or BI side?

This needs to be done at the BI end. Since you are checking the user against the company code, probably you need to attach this query to BI role and then validate.
