CUP: Request notifications to non active path approver

Hi,

Is it possible in CUP to send notifications to people who are not approvers within a workflow?

What is to say, if I want person A (this person is just for notification purposes, he/she doesn't play any role within the WF) to be notified when a new account that includes SoD conflicts is created in the backend. Is this possible?

Hi Imanol,

I think it is difficult to achieve. But you can try to use the option of email group at the stage level. At the stage level there is an option to specify the email group. At SOD stage u can specify email ID of the person A for the field email group.
