Dear all,

Would like to know if there is a way to know the T-codes recently used for a specific user. (not by the cache of the user's pc)

is there any table storing this kind of information?

Thank you very much.

Hi

Try this transaction code "STATTRACE"

There are some more transaction codes where you can active the trace for particular user to keep track of him.

Hi,

Please check the transaction SM19. There is audit class for transaction start option.

Hi Tac

One way to monitor such things is use Firefighter Access concept, where you give a firefighter id to a user and then security team can track what activities have been done using the firefighter access. Check with your Security team for the same or post this question in respective forum section

Hi,

>user would like to trace back the past year t-code usage....

What is follow-on action after user trace back the transaction?

Does it mean user want to keep/remember often used transaction? In that case, each user can add transaction to personal favorites menu.

Masa

Hi,

How about SM04 transaction? It shows current transaction code.

What is the business background for this requirement?

Dear Masa,

SM04 can only show the current T-code.

User would like to know which t-code does they usually use, hence, the t-code that is not often use can be considered not to authorizate to them. now we are processing the authorization review.
