PO Change message print

Former Member

Dear All,

Need to know how and what I have to set in order to have the PO print output to print all the items again when doing PO changes.

Steps as follows :

1. Create a PO with 4 line item.

2. Print the PO

3. Change the PO to delete one line item (item 2).

4. Print the PO again and only item 2 was printed but not item 1.

My question, if I want all 4 items to be printed again after the changes, how do I go about it??? Any idea?

I noticed that Change message flag is getting updated in message. From where do we control it?

Appreciate if anyone could help me on this.

Thank you.

Basab

Hi,

Go to:

IMG > Material Mngmt > Purchasing > Messages > Output ctrl > Mess determ

schemas > Define mess sche for PO > Assign schema to PO

At this, unmark column "M". This makes only to printout the whole message

and not the modification.-

Complete the message determination going to:

IMG > Material Mngmt > Purchasing > Messages > Output ctrl > Message types >

Define mess type for PO > Fine-tuned ctrl.

I hope this will help you

Hi All,

Thanks for your reply.

In our case message type gets pickedup atomatically during create or change.

Now if I want to make the configuration like that , every time a PO is changed i.e line item deleted or inserted the entire PO will be printed against the message type what change I need to do?
