Upload budget WBS

Hi guys,

I'm working in a company. i'd like to know if is possible upload with automatic sistem a budget of wbs.

Exactly, i ve to upload a new SAP system before the master data of wbs , and then the budget.

Any of wbs have the line items.

Well, when i ve to upload the budget, i need to discern beetwen a Assigned budget and available budget.

Just i know the trx CJ30 using for a original budget, but it' s impossible discern a budget assigned or available.

Someone can helpe me?

Hi

You need to use CJ30 transaction for uploading the budget values. If your data is huge then you can try below process:

1. Create a general cost activity with value equal to that of WBS element budget value. This is going to be plan value on WBS element. You have a BAPI to upload general cost activity.

2. Convert WBS plan value as budget using IMCCP3 transaction. Once after running this transaction you can delete above general cost activity which deletes the WBS plan value.

Hi,

Assigned and available budget gets automatically calculated.

You can upload original budget in cj30, and released budget in cj32.

after uploading reconstruct AVAC.
