Error in Installation of R/3 4.6c

Hi Experts,

We are in the process of installing R3C System in Windows Server 2003 64-bit and MS SQL Server 2000. We have successfully completed the installation of central instance. While installing DB instance, import ABAP phase running the export jobs getting this error.

ERROR:DBR3LOADEXEC_NT_MSS R3Load FORK

RC code from SyChildFunctWait=-1

SAP Managed Tags:
NW AS Java Administrator (NWA)

There may be more possibilities maybe you need to check with software / dump, enough space, virtual memory also look for your Installation parameter and start again (just edit the phase R3EDIT to start with begining)

@ BAIGSA: I tried to iinstalled again but it showing same error and I also Checked other Parameters software / dump, enough space, virtual memory.
