hi,
how can i send as attach the file send by the solicitor to the team after the ticket is open?
the solicitor sends an e-mail and a ticket is open. then it follow to the team but the file attached is lost in the middle..
how can i solve the problem?

Hi,
You can attach the file to the service desk.
Open the message in crmd_order, click on 'Transaction Data' button, then go to tab 'Documents'.
Here, you will be able to attach the file.
