Monitoring HR Replication

Hi All -

I currently have HR replication set up from R/3 4.6c to SRM 5.0. It's working fine (we have custom development to pull attributes that are not replicated correctly). I'm just wondering if there is a way to monitor the process of the replication?

The IDOCs in WE02 show as green as soon as they are received by SRM, but the actual process of updating the positions and creating business parters, etc, takes much longer. Is there a way to monitor the status of the background work that is happening?

Bryan-

Have you experienced delays with infotypes 5580 or 5586? Have you been able to exclude them or optimize the performance of the replication?
