Sap don't startup after kernel upgrade

Hi gurus

I update my kernel version of 7.01 SP 39 to 7.01 SP 69 but the sap don'tstart

I already aply the sap Note 684106 - Microsoft runtime DLLs but the

problem persist.

you might need other Microsoft patches:

Note 1375494 - SAP system does not start after applying SAP kernel patch

Note 1402510 - Resolving SideBySide Assembly Errors

(oops... look I was was too slow to answer... sorry for this duplicate)

Many thanks

I already download the microsoft patch. In event viewer It installed successfull. The problem was that McaFee block the creating folder in C:\windows\WinSxS, I desactivate Mcafee temp and reinstall vcredist_x86.exe. Now sap system work.

Generate Activation Context failed for E:\usr\sap\SSM\DVEBMGS00\exe\R3trans.exe. Reference error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

The same error appear with sapcpe, disp+work, message_server. gwrd, etc.

I've experienced the same problem while updating the SolMan 7.01 to 117. I came from 23.

First I've did a test update (VM Ware). The system was a direct clone of the production system. In this 'test'system there was no problem with the kernel update.
