APO 3.1 Upgrade

Hi All,

One of our customer going for a SAP APO 3.1 upgrade to SCM 7.0 and this is one of my upcoming project. I don't have any knowledge at all regarding APO. I had upgraded SRM 3.5 to SRM 5.0 Long back and i do have knowledge about R/3 upgrade.

Request you all to guide me. How to go about upgrading APO 3.1. Is it possible to Upgrade APO 3.1 to SCM 7.0 directly.

What are the steps need to upgrade APO?

Request you to give some link so that i can go through it.
