Inbound mail settings in EIC

Hi,

I have mantained all the required configuration.The outbound mail settings seems to be working fine.But i dont see any emials comming to EIC inbox neither any in SOIN.

We are on EIC ERP and no CRM.

Please suggest as to why is that I am missing.

Are you sure the e-mail will reach the system?

You could check with a trace and define the following settings.

1. Tcode: SCOT

2. Menu -> Utilities -> Trace settings - Activate Inbox

3. Send e-mail to the system

4. Menu -> Utilities -> Trace selection

5. Check if email is received in sytem.

6. Write down the email address you found in the trace. (Note. this address could than expeced.)

7. Tcode S_AEN_10000543

8. Create an internal email adres, for example hreic@<yourdomain>.com

9. Tcode SO28

10. Use the e-m\ail address you found in nr. 6 as Recipient

11. Use the SAP object type 'EIC inbox' with the e-mail address from nr. 7 as New recipient.

12. Tcode HREIC_WF_EMAIL_VP

13. Check if task WS61000004 is active.
