Additional column in SOurcing cockpit

Hi all,

I need to display the SC last pproved date as one of the columns in the sourcing cockpit.CAN anybody suggest if I can accomplish this using screen variants or I would need to modify the ITS template?

Also is this field directly available in the header /item table of the Sourcing application?

We are on SRM 5.0

Has anybody worked on similar reqt.?If so,please share ur experiences.

I am not very keen on going with Template modification as it would be a problem in case of future eupgrade.

Also has anybodyu used screen variants for custom field in sourcing list?

I dont think BADI BBP_UI_CONTROL_BADI can be used for adding customcolumn in sourcing list.

Hi,

There are two ways to achieve that functionality:

1. Modify the original module pool and so as respective ITS template, however this is used when no other option available, so before implementing this process also look for the second option.

2. Check with the UI_CONTROL_BADI , which is given by SAP to make changes in SRM screens , so please check with this if it can feasible in this case.

With Badi It will also easier for you to handle errors after implementation.

i suggest you to modify its template.

check into transaction bbp_pd what you desire. There's a part with time of approved.
