Web SAPConsole and SAP ITS

Hi ,

Can you pls share your inputs.

We are in the process of implementing Warehouse Mgmnt functionality included with R/3(4.7 release 6.20). For this project purpose, we have to install & configure Web SAPConsole, Microsoft IIS and standalone SAP ITS to interface RF device with R/3.

Technically, whether it is possible to combine and install

Option A:

SAPConsole 7.10 + Microsoft IIS 6.0 + ITS 6.20 on the existing SAP 4.7 (Release 6.20 / Kernel 640_REL)

Option B:

SAPConsole 7.10 + Microsoft IIS 6.0 + IT 6.20 on a separate hardware.

Hello Soma,

Are you asking if you can install everything on one server? That is technically possible if your server's operating system is Windows (since you specify IIS). But I would suggest checking if you can use the Integrated ITS (note 709038) instead of ITS 6.20. Please also see note 1070064 regarding the differences between Web SAPConsole and ITSMobile.

As our R/3 is running on SAP 4.7 release 6.20(kernel 640), we are planning to combine and install Web SAPConsole 7.10 + SAP ITS 6.20(standalone) + Microsoft IIS on the Windows 2003 64 bit.
