Why? any specific reason?
you can change under services for UNIX /etc/services and windows under C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
look for sapms<SID> 3600/tcp # SAP System Message Port
you need to re-install (or homo copy) and change system number. this is the only supported way.
you seem to ask Interview questions.
