IDOC To FILE Scenario ?

Hi All,

I am working on a IDOC to FILE scenario.

Here I am generating 10 Files from 1 IDOC (Multi message mapping).

Once I send IDOC from SAP R/3 to PI, then in SXMB_MONI (PI Side), the ACK STATUS is showing "Still awaiting acknowledgment"

I read through various forums/articles and had run the report "IDX_NOALE" and selected "Do not request acknowledgments"

But still the ACK Status is showing as "Still waiting acknowledgment"

Aslo tried CACHE Refresh, it is still coming "Still awaiting acknowledgment"

Kindly suggest.

Hi All,

On viewing the Interface in SXMB_MONI.. Out of 10 messages only 2 are showing this status "still awaiting acknowledgment status" rest all are fine.

Why is it being some inconsistently?

All the messages mentioned above are of same sender interface.

When you run IDX_NOALE report, make sure you run in sender system which is the system sending IDOC out.

When you check off the request ack, there are should be 6 check marks:

3 for system

3 for application

Make sure you turn them off all.

Hi,

Can you check the table IDXNOALE in SE16 of your PI system?

You can directly add an entry over there if the report didnt work.
