External Requirement transfer from ECC in SRM SOCO

Hi ,

I am transferring PR from ECC to SRM Sourcing Cockpit (SOCO).

However when a user searches in the SOCO , the search list displays all the PR transferred i.e. there is no filter based on the Purchase group/purchase org. I require that the user should only be able to see the PRs which are relevant for his purchasing group/ purchasing org.

Is there anyway to control this by means of customizing or I need to create an enhancement to filter the search results based on the required criteria.

You have the option to look for cart using the PR number as input in field "External Requirement".

I have to withdraw my answer. Muthu is correct. The proper BADi is BBP_WF_LIST.

You could implement BADI BBP_SOS_BADI method BBP_SOS_SEARCH with your customized search rule.
