Hello,
Is this for EHP4 by any chance, as if it is you should know ECC 6.0 will need to be declared as an ERP system, not an ECC system. If this is the case, please advise and I can provide more details.
Regards,
Paul

Hello satheesh0812,
If you nagivate to DSWP , select the solution, go to the menu option edit, you can select automatic email transmission.
There you can enter the email addresses of the recepients you want to receive the EWA report via email.
Of course you would have ahd already configured Automatic Email in SPRO BC Sets
The EWA Strategy is to send every 4th report to SAP and every red report.
But in oder for this to be enabled you need to configure it.
This can be done using transaction solman_ewa_admin and send EWA to SAP nees to be checked off.
This change will not be retroactive. So unless a subsequent report is red, it will take 4 weeks to send an EWA report to SAP.
You will have no visibility to this report. However if it is deemed critical, SAP will call.
For more information see : HTTP://service.sap.support/ewa-strategy
Hope this helps.

Paul

You can configure as suggested above, in DSWP, "Automatic Mail Transmission". But this will only configure it to send the report for that solution, for single systems you ALSO have to configure it in table DSWP_SYS_EMAIL (open it in transaction SE16).
Follow the link below for more info:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm70ehp1_sp23/helpdata/en/45/51fbdbd4941803e10000000a1553f7/frameset.htm
Ensure that job EMAIL_NOTIFICATION is running. For more information on this job, check the security guide in service.sap.com/instguides.
Please also check in transaction SOST if you find any error while sending emails.

Daniel.

Hi Satheesh,
Program RTCCTOOL is delivered via addon ST-A/PI (see SAP Note 69455). It is a service
tool that establishes a connection to SAP and accesses an up to date list of required actions
and SAP Notes which are necessary to prepare your system and to successfully perform a
service session.
Execute program RTCCTOOL in transaction SE38
The Service Data Control Center (transaction SDCCN) is a service tool that provides you
with an overview of your SAP EarlyWatch Alert sessions and controls the data transfer
between your satellite SAP systems and the central SAP Solution Manager system.
The basic set up of SDCCN is described below, for further details on set up and use of
SDCCN, refer to SAP Note 763561.
SAP recommends that the SAP Solution Manager system itself is also monitored via
EarlyWatch Alert. The destinations SDCCN can use for this purpose are either called NONE
or SM_<SID>CLNT<nr>_BACK. They must also be listed in the above screen, but must be
added after initialization. Destination NONE should already exist in SM59.
SM_<SID>CLNT<nr>_BACK can be created as for any other satellite system
Define RFC Destinations for the Satellite Systems
Set up RFC Destinations from SAP Solution Manager to the Satellite Systems
SMSY : Settings already done as suggested by you
transaction SOLMAN_EWA_ADMIN : Here, you can change the default settings for the session dates; the transfer to SAP and the
archiving of the EarlyWatch Alerts
EarlyWatch Alert for Solutions also requires the following minimum prerequisites in the SAP
Solution Manager:
ST-SER 700_2008_
ST Release 400, Support Package SP15
Hope it helps.

Deepanshu
