Hello Team,

Supplier is able to the view collaborative scenarios on his login screen for which he doesn't have any authorization even.

Example: OEM-01 is working with two supplier named Supplier-01 & Supplier-02. Now if OEM-01 creates one collaborative scenario say "TEST-01" and he gives certain authorizations to Supplier-01 for the same; but doesn't add Supplier-02 in the authorizations; then also Supplier-02 is able to view the collaborative scenario say "TEST-01". He is able to view the objects within this scenario as well.

Example: OEM-01 is working with two supplier named Supplier-01 & Supplier-02. Now if OEM-01 creates one collaborative scenario say "TEST-01" and he gives certain authorizations to Supplier-01 for the same; and add Supplier-02 with "NONE" authorization; then also Supplier-02 is able to view the collaborative scenario say "TEST-01", although while clicking on the TEST-01, error msg displays that he is not authorized for this scenario.

Our requirement says that Supplier should not be able to the view collaborative scenarios on his login screen for which he doesn't have any authorization.

Kindly help.

Thanks and Regards,

Yogesh P

Hi YT,

The scenario that you have described is quiet unusual.

Check if the PFCG role "SAP_CFX_SUPER_USER_ADMIN" or its copy is been assigned to user "Supplier-02".
