Oracle 11.2G migration from 32bit to 64bit

Dear experts,

We are currently running Ecc5.0 windows 2003 32bit oracle 11.2g and we are trying to migrate our database to Ecc5.0 2003 64bit oracle 11.2g. This is needed as part of upgrade to ECC6 which supports only on 64bit machines.

I want to know if oracle 11.2g migration/upgrade is supported by SAP. Can we do it . Has any one did it so far any expirences please share.

As per note 960769 it says only oracle DB10.2g and not any thing related with Oracle 11.2g.

Please advice me.

I think you'll need to wait until an installation with 11.2 is available. As of now only upgrades are supported.

A system copy is basically an "installation" of a system with a database backup so I doubt that there's an easy way to do that migration.
