Service Not Found

I installed Visual Composer 6.0 with MSXML parser 4.0 and Adobe SVG 3.0. When connect to EP server, I am getting the list of systems,while trying to access the services(SAP_BW), it is giving some error -

"Error 32002 : Cannot retrieve infoarea.

Service not Found . com.sap.portal.guimachine.BIKit.CommandHandler"

Anybody plz give me a solution for this.Thanks.
