ATP confirmed only partial quantities.

Hi,

Customer has created order for 400 units ,checked fixed qty and date check box but only 100 units are confirmed in the schedule line .After delivering 100 units order got completed even though order created for 400 units.So could you please advice on this?

check if the customer/ order is marked with patial deliveries allowed is made as 1 or no partial deliveries allowed.
