BOM from APO

Hi Experts,

Please read the below scenario,

Example,

Supplying Plant : A001

Receiving Plant : B001

Process

Receiving Plant (B001) will raise an Intercompany STO with sub contracting (Item Category u201CLu201D) through Scheduling Agreement with the supplying plant as A001 for the finished product.

For the Finished Product the BOM will not be maintained in ECC it will be maintained in APO only.

Scheduling agreement will be transferred to APO and a MRP run is executed only in APO. Finally it creates a schedule lines for the receiving plant (B001) and the planned order for the supplying plant (A001).

In the Planned Order in Supplying Plant (A001) the BOM is getting exploded & generating the requirement for procurement. Whereas in the Receiving Plant (B001) BOM is not getting exploded and the schedule liens gets transmitted in ECC from APO without the BOM components. Because of this we couldnu2019t able to transfer the material through sub contracting using Movement Type 541

Hi,

You are raising a STO with subcontracting item category .

Are you expecting to send components from receiving plant to supplier plant ( and get back finished goods in Receiving plant ) ?
