EP Upgrade guide

Dear Gurus,

My current EP 7.0 is only Java Stack and SPS 13. I want to upgrade it to EP Ehp 1.

Which upgrade guide should I refer on service market place for this particular activity?

If anybody has procedures for this activity, then please reply accordingly

Also, in order to upgrade your Java system, "If your Java Support Package Manager has a Support Package Stack level of 15 or lower, select the Business Packages option and update the sap.com/JSPM software component to the target SPS level."Then only it will detect stack xml file.
