BPM- file size 0 KB is not showing the alerts correctly

Hi all,

I have defined the file monitoring in BPM solution manager.

I have scheduled the minimum threshold for red alert as 0 KB, but it is giving as green notification.

kindly let me know wht is the problem.

Please, implement the latest version of the central note with corrections of BPM.

My recommendations is the following. Implement the latest version of patch level of ST-SER.

For example: for ST-SER 701_2008_2 the latest patch level is 07.

After implement patch level 07 you must apply this note below.

Another example:

Your solman system has ST-SER 701_2010_1, implement the latest patch level that is patch level 03.

After implement patch level 03 you must apply this note below.

Thanks for your reply.

Currently we are having ST-SER 701_2008_2 patch 6. we are planning to upgrade it by this weekend.

As a work around i found that, it is considering the value that is less than the threshold.

e.g if i give 1 as the threshold for red... it is taking the value that is less than 1 KB.

So as of now it is working fine.

Will let you know after upgrade.
