Automate sap batch processing

Hi Experts,

I would like to know how to automate sap batch processing and have a information feedback on the batch execution in the form of a flowchart.

Is that the administration of process chain display planning view (transaction rsa1) could agree to my request ?

Hi,

are you looking for batch job automation for BW system? if yes , then process chain method is best one to execute various steps.

You can also automate batch job exeution for other systems by creating dependencies via Tcode SM37.

Also there are various batch job execution 3rd party products are available to automate batch job execution like

-BMC Control-M

- SAP Central Process Scheduling by Redwood (CPS)

Yes, you can automate the bw batch process with the help of Process chains. You can schedule them on basis of some event or on some time interval.
