Contract work Item is Rejected,but still appears in the approvers work list

Hi All,

In SRM 5.0 ECS Contract Created with Header level Information and as per the workflow it went for Approval .The Approver rejected it for some reason ,but even after rejection the work item is still appearing in the approval inbox of the approver.

However if you check the status of the contract is with Release rejected.

What could be the reason for reappearing for the work item. Could any one please reply on this.

Hi

Check the status of Work item in SWI6 and see if the work item still appear as TO BE APPROVED in SWI5 for the Approver User

The work item should not be in SWI5......

How was the item approved?
