material block in sales order

Dear All,

When ever two user create sales order with different user ID with same material system shows error that no availability can be carried out. But my user want to to show such message. How to resolve it.

Please remove the block rom required availability check in

SPRO - Basic Functions - Sales and Distribution - Availability check and Transfer of requirements - Availability check - Availability check with ATP Logic or Against planning - Define Material Block For Other Users

Please confirm wether it works or not.

Userexit - USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPAR

Ask Technical person to write logic as per your requirement in that Exit
