Is there a possiblity of an adding a item in the same delivery with reference to the sale order item if accidentally the item has been deleted from the delivery because right know when I add a item it is without reference and the system will show 0 open quantity.

It depends on your configuration settings in OVLK where if you maintain routine 101 against the field "Item Requirement", you cannot add; but on the other hand, if you maintain other standard routine like 201 or 202, you can do so.

You can include the same item again.
In the delivery you have to go in VL02N,you have to go Outbound Delivery--Deliver sales order. Here you have to give the sales order number and the item number. Now the item will be included in the delivery.
