ITS iView height is compressed at first run

Dear SDN,

our team has published an ITS iView (for transaction PZ54) on the Portal.

(This transaction is comprised by 2 simple tables)

However, when the users run it, it comes up in a compressed height, and only when the user clicks anywhere over the table, the screen flashes, and then the correct height is automaticaly settled.

(iView and Page heights are set to FULL_PAGE)

I searched for solution in different areas of the SDN, with no success though.

Please, anyone has ever seen this issue before, who can give me a piece of advice?

Many thanks.

Hi Fabio,

Before answering your question I need more information, e.g. SAP_BASIS version and kernel patch level from your backend system.

Thanks and regards,

Cristiano

Hi Fabio,

You can implement SAP note 1270522 and test the iView again.

I hope this helps,

Cristiano

Hi Cristiano,

This note was indeed helpful.

Despite not fixing the problem as I expected (I don't understand why at first run the iView still comes compressed), it completely took out the flashes when we click on the table, which made the automatic process of adjusting the size much smoother and, probably, acceptable by the users.

Thank you.

After SAP Note implementation, the table has now the correct layout.
