Adobe Forms users type in online and offline scenario

Hi,

I am new to Adobe forms.I have developed two demo scenarios.

1 Online scenario using webdynpro ABAP

2 Offline scenario using Web services with basic authentication(Abap program downloads PDF form and user can enter details in form and press submit button to post data into SAP).

My question is users details that we provide on log on screen in both cases need to be dialog users only or they can be system users as well.

In online scenario I am getting log on screen only once.What settings need to be done so that log on screen always appears whenever we try to access that URL.

My Problem is partially resolved.I am able to log on using SAP System users for both Online scenario and Web services.But I am still looking what settings I need to do so that It ask log on details every time URL is accessed.
