Create services from case-related material consumption

Hi, good afternoon...

We were using trx NMM7 to make goods issues and generate de case-related service entry, but...

after our Upgrade Support Package it doesn't work any more .

We are now in Stack17 (ISH with MX localization).

Some body knows any note or additional configuration task that we could check??

Hi Tania

As I told you in other post, SAP Mexico supports de IS-H Mexican Localization. The mexican localization makes some changes to the standard NMM7 and you probably discharge them after hot package instalation. Contact the subsidiary.

I'm sure thet after HP Instalation, changes to standard in transaction SPAU were rejected.

We are trying of install again the MX localization in orde to recover the missing functionallity.
