BBP_VENDOR_CREATE template error

Hi experts

Into SRM 4.0 during Supplier creation via ITS bbpmainint i can insert all required fileds into Personal Data tab, but, at the end, the system requires a phone number, but there is no way to insert phone number in Personal Data. I launched the transaction via SAPGUI e there i saw the space to fill in. But there's nothing via ITS.

is there anyone who found the same issue?

Hello Andrea,

Look for OSS notes dealing with this problem.

If none exist, check if BAdI method exist in standard for Business Partner screen management as BBP_UI_CONTROL_BADI or BBP_SCREENVARIANT (as i work with SRM 7.0 release, i am not sure)

If not, check if corresponding HTML template was modified to hide the field.
