BW queues before hp4 upgrade on production

Hello Experts ,

I am planing the ehp4 upgrade on production . Producion has connectivity with BW .

What precuation I would have to take ? Should I clear the smq1 , smq2 entries before starting upgrade ?

How can I avoid the data Loss ?

Hi,

You should hold your BW queue before starting downtime phase of your ECC Production system before that you can continue with BW queue.
