Hi All;
I am new to CRM system.
Can we delete the errors on queues in SMQ1 tcode?
Like SMQ1> check the option "waiting for Queue only" = X then execute > There is many queues with SYSFAIL status ,
when I double click a queue , There is lot of entries with RECORDED and only one with error "RED" ie RFC communication error (old date) .
If I delete that error the status will be changed from SYSFAIL to READY. I have tested in QA. Can I proceed the same in Production? Will it cause any data inconsistency?

Hi;
I have tried to execute LUW manually and it went through . On production we have error message of "License Check Logon not possible " on queues. This one happened when we try to start the DR server while making the production Down.
Please suggest which method I can follow to flush the error.
1. delete queue entry
2. Execute LUW
error shooted on August 2010.
Your suggession is highly appreciated.
