Missing Transfer Order on Deliveries - Error TD 550

Hi All

I have created some new Plants on our system.

When an order is processed, the delivery generates but no TO. I cannot process one manually either, it hs an update termination error. The delivery just waits in VL06P.

Error Info... TD 550: Device type ZLB_ZEB2

Any ideas?
