IGSWD is stopped in R/3 4.7 System

Hi,

Need a Solution to Start the igswd in the SAP System. SAP System installed in Windows Server 2003 64bit and SQL Server 2005 Database. First i apply the SAP Note 824281and also tried to Start the IGSWG manually from command prompt show error "Configuration file could not be read! "

Make sure that IGS command in start profile is no longer than 99 characters.

also which command you are issuing from command prompt to start IGS.

I check the Profile also it lesser than 90 characters and i also given the correct command to start the IGS but it is not starting.

can you please paste the command you are using to start IGS

also if possible the command from instance startup profile.

command i am using this command.

igswd.exe -dir=F:\usr\sap\R3E\DVEBMGS00\igs -mode=all -sysname=R3E -sysno=00

IGS is running in the Task Manager. how to run the IGS in the SAP MMC?

This is my profile parameters for the IGS

_IGS igswd.exe

Start_Program_06 local $(DIR_INSTANCE)\igs\bin\$(_IGS) -dir=$(DIR_INSTANCE)\igs -mode=all -sysname=R3E -sysno=00

IGS is integrated, hence you can see in the IGSWD.exe under your instance process list.

and the command you are using looks OK, you will see one more igswd.exe in task manager, but not in SAP MMC.

Just i want to Run the IGS in SAP MMC currently It is Stopped.

can you please check in task manager whether any IGSWD.exe is running, if yes, could you please kill that process. Then your IGS should automatically start.

currently ISG is not Running in Task Manager
