Master data upload

Hi All -

I need to upload master data (org struc) into CRM sys from multiple legacy systems and also enable delta download.....can XI be used 2 do that??

Hi,

Does your CRM system have a standrad IDOC for this master data?

In what format is your Legacy going to send the data?

You can always create a File to IDOC or File to RFC interface to push data from your Legacy System to the CRM system.
