Dear All
Can anyone tell me how can we use variants in SXMB_MONI?
How can I assign communication components and service interfaces to a variant.
Regards
Sourabh
Hi Sourabh,
Yes of course, you can create a variant in SXMB_MONI for any specific component and interface.
Follow these steps to create a variant with a specific component and interface.
1. Go to transaction SXMB_MONI
2. Click on "Monitor for Processesed XML Messages"
3. In this page, Enter the specific settings for which you want to create a variant.
4. For eg. you can enter Sender Component, Interface Names, Interface Namespace etc.
5. Click on Save icon in the page.
6. Enter the Variant Name in the next screen and click on Save Icon.
7. Your Variant for SXMB_MONI is created.
Now, in order to execute this variant, each time, go to SXMB_MONI. Click on "Monitor for Processesed XML Messages". In this screen, you can click on the "Get Variant" available right next to the "Execute" icon on this screen. From the pop-up list, select your variant and execute. Thus, you will get the desired result.
I hope this helps.
Regards, Gaurav.
