AUTOMATIC USAGE DECISION

Can any body done this business requirement if any body done kindly guide me

1) GR inspection against production order i configure not stock relevent ( i remove tick in post to inspection stock)

2)After result recording all characteristics is valuated as a accepted.

3)result recording after one hour usage decision will be automatic how we will show this business requirement

can any body guide me what is configuration or settings need in plant level & Material master & related t.codes

Hii ,

For Auto UD , Activate auto UD In QM view of material master. Run a background Job planning in QA17, where u can schedule ur plan periodically.

result recording after one hour usage decision will be automatic how we will show this business requirement?

For Auto UD on periodic basis, goto QCC0>maintian setting at plant level>Inspection lot completion define ur waiting time period for Auto UD to take place.. Based on this setting , with Job planning all the lot will be executed on periodic basis.

Please find the details regarding the same

1) In the inspection setup for the inspection type maintain tick for automatic usage decision

2) Makes sure in config the time for automatic ud as your time for curing period . SPRO > Quality Management > Basic Settings > Maintain Settings at Plant Level > Plant > Inspection lot completion > Delay time for skip lots

3) Schedule automatic usage decisiion in QA17 with the required parameters. Schedule the same for every half an hour or one hour

Before making the usage decison, however, the system waits until a specified amount of time has elapsed from the date the inspection lot was created. During this time period, you can still intervene in the automatic process.
