Batches in EWM Inbound Processing

Hi Gurus,

Can you please let me know how the new batches are maintained in the EWM Inbound delivery/GR processing and putaway.

Also pls let me know whether the batches are maintained in ERP or EWM ..?

Thanks for the reply

I maintained the Batches in the inbound delivery.But when I try to create the Warehouse task ,System is asking for the batch.

Also when I try to create batch for the Product in EWM, I am getting error message " No logical system could be determined"

Hi,

Batch Numbers can be specified manually on the Inbound Delivery or while receiving / unloading the products via RF into the Warehouse. They can also come from ERP system.
