EWA report is not displayed in solution_manager

Hello Gurus,

in our SolMan 701.06 / ST 400-24(SAPKITL434) we had the following error at showing EWA in tac solution_manager.

Error: &EA1000000007291&: attribute not found: &TEXTPARAM& &check_244_comment&, Programm SAPLDSVAS_PROC, Include LDSVAS_PROCERI, line 48

We can not find any solution.

Notes 1470218, 1491227, 1500842, 1502573 don't solve it.

Has someone any suggestion?

We have read the note 727998 and 1317901. But the refresh of the service definitions, execute the report RAGS_DSWP_SERV_CONTENT_RESET with the option "Remove content completely" and activate the service content again in transaction AGS_UPDATE are not solve the issue. Only after implementation of notes 1502573, 1491227, 1470218 the issue are solved.

Hello Chris,

To resolve this issue, please proceed as follows:

1. Perform a complete refresh of the service definitions in your solution manager. Please use destination SDCC_OSS. The steps you have to perform are mentioned in SAP note 727998.

2. Execute the report RAGS_DSWP_SERV_CONTENT_RESET with the option "Remove content completely". You are then able to download and activate the service content again in transaction AGS_UPDATE or in the report RAGS_DSWP_SERV_CONTENT_UPDATE (more info in note 1317901).
