How to deal with the security for WD application ?

Hi, All

How can i control whether one WD application could be accessd by a certain user , for example , there was a WD application named FlightList , now i just permite a user named Guixin to access FlightList , if other users attempt to access it's URL via IE , the user would get a message "No Access" .

How to do ?
