having an issue with saint, error in phase XPRA_EXECUTION, TP_STEP_FAILURE, RC 0012, OCS Package SAPK-533C0INVIRSAHR, tp set R. how do I get past this?

Hi,

Try to clear the buffers by executing /$SYNC in the command field and then retry the add-on update. If this didn't resolve ur issue, please post us the import log. This will help us guide u further.

I ran /$sync multiple times....on the 8th try, it worked.....thanks for everyone's input

Hi Jack,

Check import log and Slog and paste the error log to analyze btw did you rerun that phase again to see if you still face same issue
