Language in CUP

Hi experts,

I would need a hint where to define the language in CUP. I installed RAR, SPM in German, but somehow CUP is English.

When logging to CUP (User Login), I can't choose a language (only "select language"). Also when I try to perform the configuration in CUP, in folder miscallenous I can't define a language. Did I do something wrong during installation ?
